Ibotta Shopping at Walmart & Regular Shopping at Rite-Aid This Week

I hit Rite-Aid on Monday and got all this......

Not pictured are two large tubs of CoffeMate(for Hubs who was almost out).  I had a $9 wyspend $45 Catalina expiring that day and Qs for everything pictured(the clearance make-up and the Neutrogena masks were better than free after those Qs and I used Bonus Cash to pay so  nothing OOP.  I earned $6 in new BC on this($3 CoffeeMate, $3 Air Wick)

I also hit Walmart on Tuesday to do my 5 offers and get the $1 Midweek Bonus(oh boy! lol)......

Not pictured is a bag of dirt which was $5.98 and gave me $10 back on Ibotta(and counted toward a spend X get $X on Fetch).  The Degree body wash/soak wasn't an Ibotta deal but when bought along with the Degree soap bars(which were an Ibotta rebate)they gave me extra Bonus points on Shop Kick so I counted them here.  The WErther's double dipped for a $1.50 rebate and an any popcorn .10¢ rebate.  With the Blue Diamond cans above at R-A this all gave me 7 more rebates toward my $10 big Shamrock Bonus.  I'm only 15 rebates away from that Bonus now.

Anyway, all this plus the dirt cost me $5.26 OOP after using a $25 Swag Bucks gift card and earned me $19.10 in rebates.

I'll hit a Walmart and/or Rite-Aid on the driving part of the trip later this week and finish off that Ibotta Bonus.

That's it for my shopping so far this week.

What have you been up to?

Frugal Friday....the Birthday(Jan. 21st)Edition on January 22nd

First off, thanks to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday or sent messages to cheer me out of the winter doldrums.  I swear with this cold weather I am feeling every one of my XXX years old. lolz  And here's to you, all you other January babies out there!

So here are a few of the frugal-ish things that happened here this past week.......

*   No food waste so far. ;-)  Not much cooking either and eating leftovers happened as always.

*  I used my free Birthday Burger coupon at Red Robin on Thursday.  I pulled what my daughter use to when we'd go out as a family; I got the most expensive one on the menu. lol  It sort of backfired on me though as it wasn't as good as the burger I usually get there. It was still yummy and FREE! ;-)

*  I did a couple of Rite-Aid transactions this week.......

Nothing OOP, earned $6 in Bonus Cash back and $7 in Ibotta(Oral B, Glide, Twist, 2 x Jergens).

*  I did a fair amount of Walmart this week too.

2 trips(2 different Walmarts)and some offers reset.  Missing from photo are a tin of Nivea men's cream,
a whole Perdue chicken, 3 Hallmark cards, Penetrex muscle reliever, 4 bags of Green Giant Riced/Spiraled veggies, a bottle of Fairlife milk and a Freschetta frozen pizza.

This week Ibotta has 5-6 free items if you sign up or have someone sign up under your referral code.  Mine is MKAAXA.  I haven't gotten any referrals so I only got the free pizza offer. 8-(

Anyway, I also bought a bag of shredded cheese at Weis(PMITA)Markets for $2.50 so my Grand Total Spent for Ibotta items was $79.02 after coupons and gift cards used.(The scanner gun at the last Walmart yesterday was broken so I couldn't use more gift cards from my phone.)
I earned back $63.44 in Ibotta rebates and bonuses for the week, making my OOP $15.58 after Ibotta.  I earned $9.48 on Coupons dotcom and Checkout51 making it $6.10 OOP.  I also earned .31¢ on Fetch, $3.40 on Shop Kick and $6.15 on Swag Bucks(but I don't count those until I cash out for gift cards).

I also found a few clearance deals at Walmart, $1 for Turkey Broth and 100 count boxes of tea bags, 2 bags of Smartfood and 2 Family size boxes of Cheerios(not pictured)for Hubs.

*   I found money!

Found this 12¢ at the entrance outside of my Rite-Aid on Monday.

Found this penny by the second register at my R-A on Wednesday.

Total Found in last Week...... .13¢
Total Found This Year......$1.83

It would be nice to crack the $2 mark for January but probably won't happen. ;-)

That's about all I've got for this week.

Any frugal wins in your neck of the woods?  Let's hear all about them!

And have a good weekend and stay warm!!

Ibotta and Shopping on Friday at Walmart & Rite-Aid

I still needed 16 rebates on Ibotta to earn my $10 Bonus before March 1st so I went down the mountain and hit Walmart since that's the easiest place around here to get rebates with the fewest number of dollars spent.  And it wasn't the first week of the month so it wasn't crazy busy there. ;-)

These items were a subtotal of $32.35.
I used a $1/1 IPQ for the Dave's bagels and a 75¢/1 IPQ for the Tums so total was $30.60+.33¢ tax=$35.93 Total.

I used a free $25 Fetch gift card I bought off my phone in the store to pay which left me with $5.60 OOP on this order.

I earned back 13 rebates(the Mooalas qualified for 2 separate rebates, there was a any antacid rebate that stacked with a Tums rebate and then the Scotties tissue and Core bar triggered 2 separate rebates for each which I had no clue that would happen).  I was expecting the Ritz rebate for $2.98 on the Toasted Chips but Ibotta changed the details on that offer which I have done before and now the Toasted Chips don't qualify. boo.  But that's on me for not checking the UPC in the store and being lazy.  But I'll keep those Ritz chips because I LOVE this Veggie variety!

If I take those 2 Ritz items off my total(they come to $5.36)then my OOP on the Ibotta qualified stuff comes to .24¢.
Total earned on Ibotta was $13.95 on the rebates I received at Walmart.

(I also bought a can of soup and a 5lb. bag of rice both on clearance for $5 but those aren't part of this report but will be accounted for on my monthly food spending.)

So now I only needed 3 more rebates to hit 36 so I trotted off to a bigger Rite-Aid near there.......

I bought 6 Arm and Hammer detergent as they were Buy 1 Get 2 Free and a tad cheaper in this store than in mine($6.99 vs. $7.29).  The 3 bags of laundry packs/pods also had $1 off peelie Qs on the bags.
Sweet.  And I handed over 3 other Arm and Hammer Qs(1 Manu/2 IPQs)to apply to the jugs.  Usually you can't use a Q on an item that is free with their deals but all the Qs worked!  $7.98 plus tax for 6 containers of laundry detergent (or $1.33 a bottle/pack)is not bad IMHO.  If there was an Ibotta rebate or a BC Deal on it too it would have been awesome but I'll take it anyway.

I also did the Palmolive/Ajax dish soap Deal-there is a buy2 get $2 BC weekly deal that is double dipping with a $3 BC wyspend $10 monthly deal.  With gold discount I needed to buy a fifth bottle so I got a 10 oz. Palmolive to hit the $10 mark and earned that $7 in BC.

The Gevalia was $6.39 gold discount and gave back $3 in BC.
The other stuff-the 2 Suave deodorants(BOGO50% so $3.58 total), the Neutrogena acne soap($2.79 w/gold discount), the 2 bags of gummies(2/$3 on sale)all helped get me over $40 total so I could use that $10/$40 R-AQ.

Total with $1.14 sales tax added was $26.09 after $16 in Qs(6 x $1/1 Arm and Hammer and the $10 off $40.  I used $26.09 in Bonus Cash to pay and earned a meager $10 in BC back($7 Palmolive double dip, $3 Gevalia).
But I earned back $5.25 on 5 different rebates Ibotta for the Gevalia coffee, Neutrogena acne soap, the 2 Suave deodorants and the 2 bags of Haribo giving me 18 more rebates total and put me over the magic 36 needed so I earned the $10  Bonus.

Total cash OOP for both trips.......24¢
Total rebates earned for both trips....$29.20 w/the $10 Bonus.

Now that's what I call Winning the Rebate Game! lol

I can't help but think about Anne in the Kitchen when I found this video. hehehe

MidWeek Ibotta Bonus Was A Big Moneymaker!

I received a $3 Ibotta Bonus offer for doing 6 rebates.  This was a piece o' cake so I went ahead and did it at Walmart earlier today..........

2 x Celestial Seasonings black tea $2.38 ea.=$4.76
2 x Good Thins crackers $2.18 ea.=$4.36
2 x Bic Prevguard pens clearance $4.00 ea.=$8.00
2 x Mead folders clearance .25¢ ea.=.50¢
3 x Listerine Flossers $1.97 ea.=$5.91
SubTotal....$23.53

Coupons Used
1 x $1/2 Celestial Seasonings tea ManuQ=$1.00
1 x $1/2 Good Thins crackers ManuQ=$1.00
1 x $2/2 Bic items ManuQ=$2.00
Coupon Total....$4.00

$23.53-$4.00=$19.53+.33¢ sales tax=$19.86

Rebates earned back totaled $24.75.
$21.25 regular rebates($2.49 Celestial Seasonings, .10¢ any brand tea bags, .10¢ any Probiotic beverage, $1.50 Good Thins, $2.56 Good Thins, $6 Bic Prevaguard, $2 Bic Stationery, .50¢ Mead, $6 Listerine).  I also got a .10¢ any brand fruit snacks but am not counting that since they will probably find their error and remove it.

I also earned a Listerine Bonus of .50¢ and since I went over 6 rebates I earned the $3 MidWeek Bonus as well.

This was a whopping $4.89 moneymaker after cash rebates earned on Ibotta!

But I also scanned two varieties of Celestial Seasonings teas to ShopKick for 50 Kicks, got a 10 Kicks for walking into Walmart and submitted my receipt for the CS tea I bought for another 250 Kicks so I'll get $1.24 for all those Kicks from ShopKicks too, giving me a $6.13 moneymaker in the end.  Nice.

I like these small number of items to get a Bonus and rarely get them...usually I have to do 12 or 15 offers and the payoff is only a buck.  This was a nice change.

Frugal Friday.......the July 17th Edition

Here's the frugal stuff that happened this past week here at Chez Sluggy......

* We got Domino's this week.......

I used another of the scads of Domino's gift cards I have.  3 medium pies for under $20 makes for lots of leftovers for me and Hubs(not so much for Ex-CB lol).

* Remember that Listerine I got at R-A last week?

After $3 BC earned and 3 x $5 virtual prepaid debit cards they were better than free.
But how to spend a virtual prepaid card of only $5.
Here's how......
Go to Walmart.com and buy 3 x $5 Walmart gift cards.  They ship for free and you can use those physical cards in the store.

The first of three $5 Walmart gift cards arrived this week.

*  I bought 23 items with Ibotta rebates this week and besides the rebates I earned a $5 Bonus, a .50¢ July activation Bonus and a.50¢ Axe Bonus

*  Here is what I bought at Walmart on Thursday to finish the 23 items..........

a bag of carrots, a lb. of Country Crock sticks, a tub of Almond butter Country Crock, 2 Oui yogurts, a bag of Kind nut clusters, 5 Budding lunch meat bags, a Bic Soleil razor, a package of Alka Seltzer gum/antacid and a bottle of Aleve.
All but the carrots and the Aleve counted toward the Ibotta rebates.
The total with tax came to $20.14 after my $10 in coupons.
But I just paid .14¢ OOP because I used a $20 free prepaid debit card(I think it was a R-A Allergy Rewards card).
And I earned $13.83 + the $5 Weekly Essentials Bonus so $18.83 in rebates for spending .14¢.
Nice.

*  I found money!
Yeah.

A penny at Rite-Aid last Friday.

Two more pennies at Walmart last Saturday.  One next to a car going into the store and another by a register coming out of the store.

A double score--a dime and a penny under the candy racks at Rite-Aid on Sunday and 2 more pennies under the magazine racks there at the register as well.

I went to a Weis in the town West of here on Wednesday.  There was a lone self check-out over by the  deli/premade items and I saw two pennies on the floor there.  I only got one with the aid of my cane as the other one was stuck to the floor and I had no sharp implement to pry it up with(and I wasn't getting down on my hands and kneed to get it).
The second penny was in front of the Customer Service desk and the third one was in the middle of the lane cordoned off to direct you to a register so 3 pennies at that store came home with me.

This quarter was spotted on the way to the ladies' room at Red Robin.

And this penny was laying in the middle of the walkway on the way out of Red Robin.

Total Change found this week. .45¢
Total Change found this year....$46.90

 *  Besides picking up .03¢ at that other Weis(PMITA)Markets I also got $1.50 back in a refund when the Dole peaches cup in coconut water didn't ring up the 50% clearance price.  This goes into my refunds/post coupons envie to put toward food expenses come the end of 2020.

*  We got a few veggies out of the garden this week too.......

Two nice heads of broccoli......

And one smallish yellow squash.  More squash will be coming this week too. ;-)

That's about it for frugal-ness this week.......

What frugal stuff happened in your life this past week?

Rite-Aid Shopping This Last Week

I already posted about getting this stuff last week........

I did the Mix n' Match cosmetic deal on son's card and got three bags of 75% off coffee, spending $9.04 in Bonus Cash and earning $10 in new BC for buying the cosmetic items.  Better than free cosmetics and coffee.....Great deal!

I had a free day on Friday(and I had to go out to P and R anyway which puts me near 3 more Rite-Aids)so I hit more Rite-Aids to see what 75% food clearance I could find.  Most of it was still marked 50% off so I found quite a bit. Here is everything I found from all the stores....

11 x bags of coffee $1.69 each=$18.59
3 x bottles of Worcestershire sauce .69¢ each=$2.07
2 x cans of tomato paste .39¢ each=.78¢
2 x canisters of golden raisins $1.62 each=$3.24
3 x 2 lb. bags of brown rice $1.24 each=$3.72
Total of $28.40 OOP

The regular retail on all this would have been $114.19(not that I would have EVER paid those prices! lol).

(I actually bought 12 bags of coffee but I gave one to the brother in-law so I didn't count that one in my food spending.)
If you have a Rite-Aid it's worth checking out their "Wild Harvest" organic private label brands as they seem to be reducing which items they will continue to stock.

While in one store I also did the Mix n' Match cosmetics deal again on my card(it's a limit of 1 deal per card/account).........

These 3 Cover Girl items came to $16.82 after 20% off Wellness Disc. and sales tax.
I used 3 x $3/1 Cover Girl IPQs(2 x face, 1 x eye and of course they all beeped because CG Qs always beep)so $9 off make this all $7.82 paid for with Bonus Cash.
But my $10 in BC for the deal didn't appear on my receipt. Argh!  So I had to call Corporate the next morning and get that fixed.
Which meant the deal I wanted to do on Saturday on this card I didn't have those $10 in BC back until Sunday, the day after the sale.  Argh again!

But I did another deal on Saturday anyway as I still have some BC on that card and I supplemented with a free R-A gift card(earned in Dec. of 2018 during the Beauty Deals month).........

3 x Tide $5.94 ea on sale=$17.82
3 x Pantene $3.83 Wellness disc. better than sale price=$11.49
1 x Febreeze cleaner on sale=$2.99
SubTotal.........$32.30

Coupons Used
1 x $4/wys $20 snail mailed R-AQ=$4.00
1 x $2/1 Tide L2CQ=$2.00
1 x $2/1 Tide IPQ=$2.00
1 x $2/1 Tide pods IPQ=$2.00
1 x $3/3 Pantene insert Q=$3.00
Coupon Total.......$13.00

Except, there was a $1/1 Tide pods L2CQ that also came off and didn't "unattach" when I used my printed $2/1 Tide Pod Q.  Both Qs printed off the PandGSaver site beeped(well now we know why the Tide Pod one did! lol)so the cashier had to manually push them through.
This all means I got $14 in Q off my total instead of $13.

$32.30-$14.00=$18.30+.98¢ tax=$19.28 Total.
I used a combination of gift card and BC to pay and received $10 in new BC back.  Then on Sunday morning the $10 from the cosmetics fiasco showed up so I have $20 in BC on this card.

I went back to R-A on Sunday for the new ad and to do the Suave Deal and the Oral-B Deal........

1 x Suave men's body wash BOGO50%=$2.59
1 x Suave men's deodorant BOGO50%=$1.29
2 x Oral-B toothbrush twin pack=$6.00*
SubTotal....$9.88

Coupons Used
1 x $2/1 Oral-B battery or twin pack L2CQ=$2.00
2 x $2/1 Oral-B twin pack in-adQ=$4.00
Coupon Total......$6.00

$9.88-$6.00=$3.88+ .11¢ sales tax=$3.99 paid for with Bonus Cash
I earned back $2 in new BC for buying 2 Suave items.
I also earned $1.60 in cash rebates on Ibotta(2 x .50¢-for each Suave item bought, .50¢ Suave Bonus for buying 2 different items, .10¢ for buying anything at R-A).
So spent $3.99, got back $3.60 in BC/cash meaning I spent .39¢ in BC for everything above.
Nice.

* This type of twin pack toothbrushes(Indicator type)were also tagged on sale for $6 if you bought 2.  None of the other twin packs were on sale(except for your Wellness Discount)so after Qs these were free at that price point.

I am hoping that before Saturday the Suave rebates will be back in my gallery and I can do this deal again if I can find the products still on the shelves down in the R-As near my brother's house.

Have you done any Rite-Aid shopping lately?

About The Giveaway, Ibotta Weekend Warrior Bonus, Weis & Rite-Aid

Ok, some of ya'll must think I have magical powers.
I'm a savvy shopper but do you really think I got all this for $1-$5 total?........

Dang!  I wish!!
Now if it had been Rite-Aid, weeeeeell...........lolz

Let's see some higher guesses going forward, ok?

Here is the list of what is in the photo.........

2 x Head and Shoulders conditioner
1 x 6 pack Dial soap
2 x DG ladies razor packs
4 x Assorted bottles of body wash(Palmer's/St. Ives/Dial/Nivea)

Regular retail of all this at Dollar General is in the neighborhood of $200.
Of course I didn't spend that after coupons and clearance prices but it wasn't anywhere near $1-$5. ;-)

Everything was marked a % off on clearance(between 10% and 50%)PLUS another 50% off that price for the Clearance Event.  I used $5 in digital DG Qs on 5 of the items, plus since it was bought in two different stores/two different trips I also used 2 x $5 when you spend $25 Sat. Qs.(I bought other things that got me over $25 subtotal but for Giveaway purposes I am applying the whole $5 off $25 Qs just to the items pictured above.)

***************
I happened to be near Walmart last Friday and there was a $5 Weekend Warrior Bonus on Ibotta so I went to see what I could score with my Ibotta app and my trusty pencil case of coupons.

$22.52-$17.13=$5.39 OOP after rebates for all the items pictured above.

After individual rebates(and the 3 manu Qs I used), the Oui yogurts were free, the Oikos were .37¢ each, the whack biscuits were $1.03 each, the tortillas were $1.24, the Knorr side was $1.00, the margarine was $1.14, the Axe spray was $1.50 and the Axe solid deodorants were $1.00 each.
Then ,25¢ any yogurt, a .50¢ Axe Bonus and $5 for the WW Bonus came off. 8-)))

The only item we won't eat/use is the Knorr ready-to-eat side so that goes into the food bank donation box(and it's the type of thing my FB always asks for along with condiments, kiddies foods and cold cereal).

Speaking of kiddie foods, the Oral-B toothbrush rebate was back in my Ibotta gallery so I hit Weis up and bought this on Sunday........

6 x Spaghettios $1 on sale=$6.00
3 x Oral-B toothbrushes on clearance $1.89=$5.67
SubTotal......$11.67

I used

$11.67-$7.00=$4.67 paid OOP
I earned back $5 in Ibotta rebates($1 Spaghettios wyb4, 3 x $1 Oral-B, $1 Feb. Level 2)so after rebates this was a .33¢ moneymaker.
Sweet!

The Spaghettios are heading to the food bank with the Knorr side. ;-)

And while I was out I hit Rite-Aid too on Sunday........

2 x Nivea lip balm on sale=$4.00
I used a $2/2 ManuQ so $2.00 after Q.
I used the last $1 in Bonus Cash on Hubs card to pay and put $1.12 on one of my free R-A gift cards.
I am now down to 2 cards with BC on it(mine and son's)and this is probably the extent of my R-A shopping for this week unless something pops up.

Weekend Ibotta Shopping & Dollar Generals Clearance Deals

Even feeling like crap I still did some Weis and Walmart shopping over last weekend to earn the $5 Weekend Warrior Bonus when you buy 8 qualifying items.

First at Weis......

Spent $24.67 w/sales tax
Earned $10.32 on Ibotta

Then Walmart........

Spent $11.28 w/sales tax
Earned $5.73 on Ibotta

Got the $5 Bonus so $21.05 in Ibotta rebates total.
$35.95-$21.05 rebates=$14.90 OOP for all 9 items.

The 4 best deals here were the Nivea lotion was $1.23 after 2/1 ManQ/2 rebates, the Noodle cups were .03¢ total after rebate, the Minute Rice cup was a .21¢ moneymaker and the Nivea shave foam was a $1.60 moneymaker(2 x $2-$2/2 ManQ-$3.60 rebates).
We NEVER get Nivea ManuQ in our inserts here but we did a week ago last Sunday so I am making an effort to use them! lolz

I need to buy only 3 more qualifying Ibotta items before 2/17 to earn another $10 "Cupid Cash" Bonus so that's the "mission" this week. ;-)  The Weekend Warrior Deal was over the weekend but this Cupid Cash runs 10 days and everything bought during the WWD applies toward the CCD too.
Except one of my store trips(the Weis one)isn't showing as counting toward the CCD presently but that one was within the time frame for both deals.  I guess I have to write to Ibotta about it but I did make a trip yesterday to Weis and bought more items that qualify(luckily)so maybe I'll just wait a bit.

Then last weekend I hit the Dollar General Clearance Event on Saturday and utilized the $5 when you spend $25 digital Q.
I also hit another DG south of me that's pretty much in the middle of nowhere because I figured they'd have more/better stuff and they did.  Plus since my total was over $25 there the manager/cashier gave me another $5/$25 printed Q to use on that order.
Sweet!

At the first store among my scores was this food item........

Cans of chili for .39¢ each.  This stuff is not Hormel by no means(what Hubs and Ex-CB prefer)but they have had it in the past and it is serviceable on their burritos.  So for that price I got 8 cans.
I got Ex-CB 3 Powerades too....$1 off when you bought 3 and with the piece of the $5/$25 each bottle was .54¢.

I bought other items in my orders(socks, doggie treats and other things that don't count in my food/toiletries budget/spending)but here is the rest of what I bought not including the stuff noted above........

4 x Dove men's gift sets
5 x Axe men's gift sets
2 x Dial men's gift sets
5 x Dr. Teal's gift sets
1 x Calgon gift set
1 x Whole Blends mini gift set
1 x Colgate twin pack toothpaste
2 x Suave men's shampoo
2 x Head and Shoulders conditioner
1 x 6 pack Dial soap
2 x DG ladies razor packs
4 x Assorted bottles of body wash(Palmer's/St. Ives/Dial/Nivea)

All were discontinued/discounted items at various %s then 50% off that amount for the clearance sale plus I used 2 x $5/wyspend $25 Qs and I also used $5 total in other digital DGQs on assorted items in the photo.
I'm not divulging what I actually spent on all this OOP yet as the February giveaway will involve guessing that amount. 8-))

Some of the above will be used as Christmas gifts, some for giveaways in the future and what we are keeping has been accounted for in my food/toiletries spending from this past week on last Monday's post.

I confess that I don't shop at Dollar General really but if I am up for going out I'll hit these Clearance Events they hold because you never know what goodies you'll find.  I believe my last trip to one was Last May.
The only other time I go there really is when they have discounted gift card deals sporadically.

Did any of y'all hit the DG clearance sale?
Any great buys there?

Last Day to Enter the Giveaway & Rite-Aid Shop

The week is getting away from me, sorry.  I am behind, overwhelmed and have to put off doing some things.  We've been in phone tag for a few days over insurance, deductibles and charges.  Let me just say that if I end up in hell it will be me dealing with insurance providers and their sub-entities for eternity.
I've also been having a touch of depression, no motivation, pain in my hands(oh goody! a new physical problem to deal with!!)so I just don't want to do ANYTHING but sit in front of the TV or sleep.
So bear with me for a bit if I disappear online and don't post for awhile.  I will post the Giveaway winner tomorrow and speaking of which........

I did want to say that today is the last day to enter the January Giveaway.  You have until 11:59 pm Eastern Time to enter on the link on the Side Bar under Giveaways.  If you leave a comment on this post it will not count.  Thanks.

I had to get out of the house yesterday(going stir-crazy)and hit up Rite-Aid of course.  Here is what I bought, all part of the "Spend $30/Get $10 BC" Deal...........

Frugal Friday.....the December 6th Edition

Here's what qualified as frugal in my world this past week....................

*  I got the Weis(PMITA)Markets Freebie last Friday--

A large 24 oz. bottle of salad dressing.  I got this for Hubs as he loves Blue Cheese dressing and it's something I rarely buy.  Maybe I should put it in his Christmas stocking? lolz

*  I printed out a $5 Coupon that a local brewery sends me.  These get sent about every month.  I gave it to Hubs so he can get a growler fill there for $5 less than he usually pays.

*  I got lots of goodies at Rite-Aid last Friday and Saturday during the Black Friday sale........

This isn't counting Thursday's haul and it was all with no OOP.

*  I went out yesterday and hit some more Rite-Aids to do the Nexus/Shea Moisture Deal.
Here's what I found on Tuesday.....

 2 tubes of Body Butter.

And here's what I got on Thursday..........

2 bottles of Body Wash and 8 bars of Soap.
I spent $55.43 in Bonus Cash and earned $60 back in new Bonus Cash so it was all free!

* I found money!

2 pennies at the Burger King drive-thru last Friday.

A nickel at Weis in one of the center aisles last Friday.

A dime right in front of the register counter at Rite-Aid on Tuesday.

2 Dimes by my favorite self-checkout at Weis on Wednesday.  Who ever loads the change into the checkout machine there isn't very careful getting the coins into the hopper.  Generally the days I see empty coin rolls in the little trash can by the machine I can find a coin or two.  ;-)

This penny was found at Dollar Tree on Thursday in the checkout lane.  I needed some birthday cards and wedding wrap so that put me in the right spot to pick this beauty up.

Again on Thursday I was in the R-A downtown hunting free SheaMoisture stuff and spied this penny near an end cap display.

That makes a Grand Total this week of .39¢ free money!

Oh, I also found this(not money though)..........

A greeting card in the middle of the parking lot at Ocean State Job Lot.  Even though it was spitting snow the card hadn't been sitting there long and was in good shape still.  I picked it up and looked around to see if any was in the lot(either outside their car getting in or sitting in a car ready to leave)so I could ask if anyone dropped the card but there was no human activity in the parking lot.
I guess it got to go home with me as the owner was nowhere to be seen. ;-)

*  I sold something on eBay!

This rather pricey Fitz and Floyd Xmas themed picture frame was a gift to me many years ago from a friend from Canada who use to visit me so she could go shopping in the US.  Her mom and her had eBay business where they picked up stuff like this along with other brands from a wholesale distributor in Canada and sold them.  I haven't heard from this friend in many years also.

I've never taken this gift out of the box to use and found it sitting in a box of Xmas things so put it up for sale as it's discontinued by the manufacturer......and it sold!
Something else de-cluttered from my house and a little money in my pocket besides. 8-)

*  Hubs and I didn't eat out at all this past week.....well except for that small burger at BK, while I was running errands, which I paid for with a gift card. ;-)

*  I earned $25.65 in cash rebates on Ibotta this past week.
Mostly it was from things I bought at R-A during the Black Friday sales but there was $2.50 of it earned from Weis.

*  Speaking of Weis I bought these jars of pasta sauce last Friday there............

5 jars where on sale for .99¢ each if you bought at least 4 at a time.
There was a .50¢ rebate on Ibotta on this brand so each jar ended up costing me .49¢.  We don't care for this brand though so I'll either send these to the local Food Bank or put them into my brother in-law's basket of food I give him each Christmas. ;-)

*  I went to Ocean State Job Lot(to pick up a couple of Xmas presents)and found some foods on the "Eat For Free" table to buy...........

1 x bottle of Sunflower Oil
1 x bag of matcha mochi cookies
1 x box chamomile tea bags
1 x jar barbecue sauce
1 x jar curry sauce
2 x bottles of coconut water
2 x packets of curry sauce mix
2 x Slim-fast meal replacement drinks

$26.95 spent and $26.95 earned on a gift card.
I also cashed in some free gift card points.  I bought 2 packets of Chinese soup, $11.55 in dog treats for the puppies and $9.99 spent on a gift for Hubs for Xmas.  So what I spent on gift cards I didn't use it all on food items but I'm ok with that.
I still have $62.97 on my old gift card plus a new $26.95 gift card.

* I did do some Cyber Monday shopping.  I had a $10 reward for a clothing company that was expiring Dec. 6th and they had everything in their store 50% off on Monday so I bought a few shirts and will take the cost of it all out of my accumulated WAM.  I also needed new bras and found the best price on Kohl's so I combined that purchase with a couple of Xmas gifts and bought them all on Kohl's.  I used coupon codes and $50 in gift cards so ending up paying $5.56 in cash.  I earned $15 in Kohl's Cash so I used that on Wednesday to buy another Xmas gift, using coupon codes again and a free shipping offer which brought my OOP to just over $60.  I went through the ShopatHome portal so earned 4% back in rebates on all the Kohl's purchases(about $4 total).  $4 isn't much but every little bit helps! ;-)

Ok that's all I can think of from last week.

As always stay frugal and tell us the frugal wins you had last week! 8-)))
