Loved the video and love Louisiana as far as culture, food and I do love crawfish! . I was brought home from hospital (I was born in hospital thank goodness) to hundred yr old log house without a bathroom. Old Appalachian culture is not that different from old Cajun culture as far as being rural. My grandma could never drive a car. This video resonates with me. Thanks for posting. Cindy in the South
