What Does a Year of Rite-Aid Purchases Cost?


Since it's snowing today I am sitting here doing book work.
I pulled out my spending receipts/calculations from 2014 for Rite-Aid.

I spent a total of $137.00 in 2014 at Rite-Aid.
That breaks down to an average of $11.42 a month.

For that $137.00(and with a whole lot of coupons and +Up Rewards)I brought home products totaling a regular retail cost of $3,276.52.

Thank goodness I am almost out of +Up Rewards.
I could probably not buy another toiletry for a year and not run out. lolz

Now I'm off to calculate how much we spent on each bill category we paid in 2014.

    It stopped snowing here early this morning and is it a mess here. We got about 16-18 inches.
    I wish that I could get away with spending so little at CVS. Good job!!!

      All the drugstores have tightened up the deals. Heck I use to pay even less at Rite-Aid than I pay now.

    Wow! So amazing - you definitely are the Rite Aid Queen. I am lucky with $10 coupons and the odd rebate per month.

    WOW I am super impressed, wish we could get those sort of deals here in Canada. If you check out my blog post from yesterday you will see a list of groceries and what I paid. It'll be interesting to see how much more expensive things are here.

      Hi Gill,
      It's really comparing apples to oranges though. To get an accurate gauge of who spends more US or CAD you'd have to index pay rates for identical job's wages between the two nations, etc. One thing for sure though CAD sales taxes are MORE and we all pay too much for food and toiletries in both! 8-)
