**If you are trying to get to the $100 mark for the $20 Winter Resolutions +Up Reward, now is a good time to use those FREE EXCEDRIN homemailer Qs if you still have one, since Excedrin is a qualifying item.

  1. Okay, my head's hurting again, but that's a good sign - LOL! I don't know how or why but I missed the whole Stax thing until after I'd already gone yesterday. I will stop back after work today and see if there are any or if the store's already been cleaned out.

On the beepage for the $3/1 Afrin IQs, have you encountered any resistance to pushing them through? I don't know if you've read my account of yesterday but for a moment, it looked like the manager wasn't going to allow mine when they beeped, then she relented. But I've heard more and more people say that their RAs will no longer take anything that doesn't scan.

  2. Pretty-My prediction is that you will find no STAX at this point since the free stuff and especially the free FOOD stuff disappears fast!

As for the manually pushed Qs...I think the cashier was able to imput the UPC numbers and the register took it happily....or I could be wrong because yesterday is just a blur at this point.lol
I have a wonderful local RA....it helps to become friends with the entire staff there, well, except for that one manager who hates all customers. I rarely have any problems because they know me and know I know what I am doing and I'll even help them with coupon issues with other customers if I am standing nearby. They love me and give me little grief....except that one customer hatin' gal....;-)

  3. I need, or just want, everything you got except for the dog biscuits. I think I am a little jealous of your deals.

  4. You were very correct in your prediction on the Stax. I was sorta hoping it would be like the TGIF snacks last month where our store didn't put any shelf tags on them so people who didn't know about the deal didn't think to buy any. But in this case, there were only a few cans of Stax to begin with and they were clearly marked (I just missed them completely). Oh well!

As for getting chummy with the staff, I haven't been at this long enough yet. They've started to recognize me but I've had a problem or two with each of them amidst good scenarios. So mostly we all smile and say Hi! but occasionally I goof or they goof or we both don't know what's wrong and get flustered, etc. With the Afrin Qs, I figured I was completely at their mercy if they didn't want to take them, so I just put on hopeful puppy-dog eyes and held my breath - LOL!
