Still in scanning hell here. I've progressed all the way up to 1964!
At this rate, I'll be doing this project when they cart me out toes first.....
Doesn't this photo just need a halo over my head and a pair of wings?
Yeah, that's me....Saint Sluggy at age 5!lol
I wonder how many pennies my mom had to squirrel away from her household budget to afford to have that photo taken? It's one of those fancy pants Olan Mills Studios deals ya know.....
Cherubic Sluggy

Awww, it is a great picture of 5 year old Sluggy!
ReplyDeleteWould you mind doing a post about your hand held scanner device? What brand did you get, do you like it, how many dpi, etc???
Yes, you do look particularly angelic!
ReplyDeleteVery cute, who knew what that sweet little things would become, the sluggy?
ReplyDeleteWhatever she had to pay was well worth it as the photographer managed to make you look positively saintly!! Though I think I detect a twinkle in your eye!! And your head is practically TINY!
ReplyDeleteCute picture!
ReplyDeleteI think Olan Mills used to be fancy-pants, but in the last few years, I've found them to be one of the best deals around in studio photos. The quality is good and if you find a special and stick to it (instead of letting them upsell), you can get quite a deal.
We usually opt for Olan Mills instead of paying the exorbitant prices for school photos.
Blogger hates me! I can only leave comments once in a while.
DeleteAwwwwwww, you were so cute!
