If this wasn't so close to the truth it would be funnier rather than frightening......

Though I moderate it's partly to keep trolls at bay but also partly so that I read every comment. I don't often respond to comments so if you need me to answer you please write me at my email addy posted on my "About Me" page, linked on the side bar.
"If you discovered that your premiums have gone up as a result of Obama care please note that the program is working as intended and refrain from complaining." That's my favorite part.
ReplyDeleteMy hours are getting cut at work because of Obama care and our premiums are going up (we don't know how much yet and I'm slightly terrified). Yay!
The thing a lot of folks don't realize is that the people who put this ACA together WANT IT TO FAIL!
ReplyDeleteIt's suppose to be a disaster so they can move this country onto a single payer system aka socialized medicine.
So don't worry.....it won't be with us more than a couple of years and then we get to be totally owned by the government.
I know. "you get to keep your policy, your doctor, and your rates" was just a flat out lie. 1984... yep
DeleteYes that "promise" makes me so mad! I don't get to keep my plan and the cheapest bronze plan is 258% higher in premiums than I was paying!
DeleteToo funny. So far we have not been affected, I am waiting. With my pre existing condition I am un insurable, so for me this might be good???????? But I don't hold out much hope.
ReplyDeleteWills work is covering us for another 6 months but I am afraid to see what its going up to. I told all the kids to get to the dentist and eye doctors now because they will be the ones I cut to have real insurance. This scares the crap out of me and I work in a hospital
ReplyDeleteWe're paying for our own insurance through United One. It's about $400 a month for medical and dental for the three of us, but there's a $7500 deductible. We get some well visits though which is good, but it's far from the bc/bs plan hubby had with his old company (and that was fully paid by them). The whole health care thing is just a giant mess.
ReplyDeleteWell, I take everything those Heritage folks put out with a grain of salt. They want it to fail more than anyone else.....
