Rite-Aid Last Week.....I Made $2.01

Before I left for Delaware and a bunch of fun, I had $13 in +Up Rewards to spend before they expired on the 12th.  I couldn't show you until now because 2 of the items were surprises for people at the Bloggerpalooza II.

Here is what I got......

1 x RA brand lip "stuff" on sale=$1.29
2 x Ghirardelli chocolate bars on sale=$4.00
2 x Scott 4packs TP on sale $3.99=$7.98 *not pictured*
Subtotal.......$20.46

Coupons Used
1 x $5/1 Mucinex Allergy ManuQ=$5.00
1 x $2.50/1 Mucinex Allergy VideoValues Q=$2.00
Coupon Total.....$7.00

$20.46-$7.00=$13.46

I used $13 in UPs.....$13.46-$13.00 +.03¢ tax= .49¢ Out of Pocket

Nice. 8-)

While I didn't received any new +Up Rewards back there is a $2.50 rebate on the Mucinex Allergy I will send for, so in the end I will GET $2.01 in cash($1.56 after I pay for a stamp to mail the rebate if you are a stickler)for buying all this.


And everything bought was needed/wanted......

We get bad allergies in the Spring so I'll definitely try out this new allergy med.
#2 Son was almost out of lip "stuff".
I needed the chocolate for presents at the Delaware meet up.
The TP I gave away to a friend who's hubs is laid off now...saw her in the Rite-Aid so handed her those bags. ;-)

I now have $0 in +Ups to roll/spend so the Rite-Aid Monkey is off my back and I can stay out of that store until some great deal comes along.
And it will.
But hopefully it will be in a month or two and I can take a break.

End of Week 2 for the 50th Anniversary Promotion

Here's what I bought at Rite-Aid on Saturday....

3 x Coke 12 packs $4.33=$12.99 *not pictured* too heavy to haul in from the garage
2 x Johnson's Baby Shampoo BOGO50%($4.79)=$7.18
SubTotal......$20.17

Coupons Used
3 x Free Coke 12 packs MyCokeRewards pts.=$12.99
2 x $1/1 Johnson's Baby Shampoo IPQ=$2.00
1 x $1/1 Johnson's item Load2CardQ=$1.00
Coupon Total.....$15.99

$20.17-$15.99=$4.18+.24¢=$4.42

I used $4 in +Ups and put the .42¢ on my gift card.
I received back $12 in +Up Rewards($2 wyb 3Coke, $10 wyb $30 on Johnson & Johnson/Aveeno/Lubriderm).

And all these items qualify for the 50th Anniversary January Promo, so my tracking is now $47.42 toward the $100 I need for the +Up Reward.....though my tracking should be $51.71 because the Sharpie pens didn't attach.

And I was surprised that a $1/1 Johnson's baby item Load2CardQ came off on my order!  Geez, I try every which way on 2 transactions to get a Listerine L2CQ to come off with NO luck and then I wasn't even trying and this Q comes off!
These L2C Qs are truly a crapshoot.  They'll drive you to drink I tell ya!!
