Do you make a budget for your celebrating and what is your target amount to spend? How do you pay for what you spend at the Holiday time or do you just not worry about paying for it until next year?
Do you foresee spending more or less than you have in the past years at the Holiday time?

I think there is room in the box for 1 more lot of items so the next post on the giveaway will be the last before I draw a winner.
Any suggestions on what I should choose to put in the space left in the prize box? Let me know!
As always if there are any questions? Just email me.
Happy Entering!!

We celebrate Christmas..... And as of right now I have no set budget for Christmas. But, hubs and I will discuss and decide what to spend this weekend.
ReplyDeleteI do have some money put away for Christmas, and it may just have to do.
Added to my blog roll! http://www.centstosave.com/
ReplyDeleteI celebrate Christmas in all its glory--lights, food, trees, music. It is not a religious celebration for me, but I still include the religious songs and decorations.
ReplyDeleteI try to buy all year long, new or at thrift stores. I found three-pack of Auburn shirts, priced at $40, reduced to $3.88. That meant two for Christmas and one for g-son's birthday.G-daughter is getting a free outfit for her doll and some Christmas socks bought after Christmas last year.
So, that is the way it goes for the older grandchildren who are getting several flashlights in different sizes and an aluminum bottle...Maybe I will spend $8 on them and used swagbucks converted to Amazon cards for the purchase.
Everything is nice and cheap or free. Postage to mail these will hurt, but I have been saving coins and the last two or three stamps from each book of stamps for postage.
Put some choclate in the extra space in the box...my choice.
You are on my blogroll. Chocolate, please.
ReplyDeleteOf course your on my blog roll...but I never win..sigh
ReplyDeleteI try and pick most of the stuff up on sale all year long. I also use my gift cards from swagbucks for amazon cards and have a certain amount set aside each month.
ReplyDeleteWe have a set amount and we stick to it. We might break it a little this bit for the little guys this year since we did get the babies small gifts but we always give them a check for their savings accounts or bonds there first Christmas.
Third entry, blogged about it on my blog.

Hi again! Entering again for Friday! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteWe will be spending much less this year. The kids are older and we have cut many people off of our list

ReplyDeleteIn my painful face induced haze I mistakenly deleted your comment Sonya Ann. This will serve as the placeholder for it, when I go to count up the entries and draw a random winner.
DeleteWe celebrate Christmas. No set budget, but we shop like we do the rest of the year....pretty frugally.
ReplyDeleteYou are on my blogroll.
ReplyDeleteStopping by to enter one more time. Today is gift shopping for the grandson;.
ReplyDeleteOur list of recipients is not very long. Kids, grandkids, MIL and Hubby & me.
ReplyDeleteI send my family in Tennessee and S. Dakota boxes of jam and they are thrilled. And some jam for coworkers.
I need to make sure I have enough jam under my bed.
Entering daily. Again!
ReplyDeleteEntering again. Happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteAnother entry! Happy Tuesday! :)
ReplyDeleteDay before T-day entry. And, I am not getting cooking done...sigh.I don't even have a tragic pain-in-the-face-story, just run of the mill I-cannot-stand-story.
ReplyDeleteI do sympathize because I thought my ear was going to fall off when my birthmark was sliced off!
Happy Wednesday! Am making cornbread dressing tonight too"
ReplyDeleteBlack Friday entry. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday!
ReplyDeleteHoly ow! I missed a bunch of days! You would thin I have been busy or something.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday! Off to church and then to spend the day with my grandson :)
ReplyDeleteTHIS GIVEAWAY POST IS NOW CLOSED TO NEW ENTRIES.
ReplyDeleteI celebrate Christmas and do most of my shopping in November and December. I put together a box of toiletries and stuff that I've gathered all year so she can spend her money on fun things. I spend frugally and look for deals but a little indulgence is part of the celebration for my family.
ReplyDeleteOkay, one last chance for the box. I am at the end of my free M&Ms and need chocolate put into that box. I do have my Christmas candy, but if I open it, I won't have any for Christmas since I have no self control against Hershey's Kisses and Hershey's Miniatures.
