"He who does not economize will have to agonize." -Confucius
Modern Day Translation.....
"If you spend it all today, you will have nothing left for tomorrow, causing you great suffering." -Sluggy
Yeah....Confucius says it much better.lol
So what am I going to do today to save money? Mostly, I am staying home and not going anywhere, so I won't be tempted to spend money and I won't have to put gas in the car. I might even sew something, which means less money spent on buying clothes since I have everything already to finish this garmet. And I'll be turning off the heat for a couple of days since we are suppose to get into the 60's here!

I saved money by offering to pick up my co-worker's lunch while he was stuck at his desk. So he paid for my sandwich!
ReplyDeleteDon't freeze to death Madame Sluggy. The nights might get cold. Good for you for staying home. Home is where the heart is anyway.

ReplyDeleteahhhh, I wish.
As for savings - we're proceeding a-pace with our transition from Verizon Wireles TakeYourMoney Family Plan cell phone service to the Tracfone prepaid world. My cell phone number ported beautifully. As soon as our son's new Tracfone comes in, I'll port his number.
H can do whatever he wants with his. I don't think I'll be spending much time worrying about it anymore... :)
Ooh! Speak of the devil - just the second I posted that last comment, I received a Walmart site-to-store email that DS's choice of a Tracfone has arrived, so I'll get that tonight and start porting. Fingers crossed it goes as well as mine did! That should save some buckaroos!
