Not much frugal going on here.
* Shoprite had lobster on sale for $9.99 this past week to we treated ourselves and had lobster on two different nights. yum!
* We also cherry picked loss leaders at Shoprite and Walmart.
* Something I get for my brother at Christmas had a rebate and they had the items at Dollar Tree so I got 5 bags for $1.25 each and earned .50 back for each one. Kaching!
* Hubs needed gas so he went to Sunoco since we have their card so he got .10¢ off the price per gallon.
* I found money!
Found .36¢ total at 2 different Walmarts
Found Money The Past Week....36¢
Grand Total Found in 2025....$5.62

ReplyDeleteI bought a car. I do not consider this a frugal week. I did not go grocery shopping bc I am shell shocked after buying the car. I tend to get traumatized about large purchases. Lol. Cindy in the South

ReplyDeleteKroger had all outdoor stuff on clearance for 90% off. I picked up a new patio umbrella for $14 (regular price $140). Good timing since our old one was destroyed by summer storms.
ReplyDeleteTheir clearance produce bags are no longer worth the price. They're now $1.50 and skimpier than ever.
Someone left 46 cents in the coin return at Albertsons it came home with me. Can we come see you? Find a cheap hotel near you that is not run by you know. Plans in the works.....
