  1. the second wave is starting and in a pandemic it is usually the 2nd wave that kills the majority of people. You baby boomers are all going to die of corona-virus and finally the world will be able to make progress when you boomers are all dead

  2. We live in the country so never have trick or treaters, however I decorate BIG for the grands! FUN! My daughter/family lives in the big city and has asked DH to make a candy shooter out of PVC pipe. I'm sure you've seen them on the internet. He is painting it orange and custom making black stars-kinda neat!!

  4. I actually have been doing some Halloween-y activities....we pulled out a few decorations and will carve some pumpkins soon. I've made some pumpkin bread and a Halloween snack, bagging them up for my adult kids. We made up some candy bags for Halloween in case any trick-or-treaters show up. Just was in the mood for it this year!

  6. Hi! I hope you are feeling a bit better!
Halloween-We live in a retirement community, so we don't have treat or treaters. I love fall and Halloween. We purchased pumpkins and mums from our local farmer's market. I have made a leaf banner from leaves that I have pressed and hung it on the fireplace. My husband and I took a ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway to enjoy the leaves. It was a lovely day!

  11. Glad you are feeling better.

I am going to my sister's to pass out candy. she lives in a small neighborhood and we have a 9 foot PVC pipe rigged up to pass out the candy. Drop in one side and it slides down into their bag/bucket. She usually gets about 25 kids in the 2 hours of trick or treat. I am taking cider and a few snacks. She also gets a little company.

    Happy Halloween.
