Let's see what frugal wins we had this past week here at ol' Chez Sluggy......
* I got the Friday Freebie last week at Weis(PMITA)Markets........
A whole cup of yogurt.
This has got to be the cheapest freebie they've had at .50¢.
Gee Weis, could you at least have given away TWO cups and made it a whole dollar's worth?!? lolz
* I received $7.30 back in cash rebates on Ibotta. 2 rebates on any items and $7 for buying 7 Lean Cuisine meals. They were part of the "Buy 6/Get $3 Back Deal" last week so were $2 each after that so $1 each after rebate. Nice on something the Daughter wanted me to buy anyway.
* I found money!
A whole penny. Not a good week for finding cash on the ground and I didn't go out much either so not many chances to find any.
I don't remember where it was found as it was last weekend so it was probably at one of the only two places I went-Rite-Aid or Weis. ;-)
* I found some good grocery deals last week...........
Small bottles of Texas Pete were $1 each at Weis. I had .55¢/2 Qs that doubled to $1.10 so each bottle was .45¢ after sale and Q.
Finlandia spreadable butter was on clearance for $1.74 and I used a $1/1 ManQ so .74¢.
The pumkin spice LOL butter spread was also on clearance for $1.29 and I used 2 x $1/1 IPQ so .29¢ each after sale/Qs.
Annie's mac and cheese were $1 at Weis on sale and I had .50¢/2 Qs that doubled to $1 so these were .50¢ per box after sale and Q. If I had found the Healthy Bites magazine in my store, there is a Weis Q for .50¢ Annie's in there and they could have been almost free w/stacked Qs but .50¢ a box will have to do. ;-)
* I received a Q from Purina in the mail..........
I don't usually but this kind of dog food but for free we''ll give it a go. 8-)
* Remember those smashed up glass candles I received from Bath and Body Works?
I finally got through to them on the phone to complain about the 3 candles that got smashed. They sent me two replacements and credited me for the third candle as they were out of that scent until next Christmas.
The candles arrived last week and intact for a change. Won't be ordering those through the mail again......
* I remembered to pick up more postage stamps before the price increase.........
I picked up a big lot in November when the Holiday stamps came out and I picked up another chunk this past week so we should be good now. I got $100 worth total so am saving $10 buying them before the .05¢ price increase next week. It's not much but it's something and tying up $100 in stamps isn't putting a crimp in our finances so why not?
Be sure and get stamps before the 27th.
* And to proof that I am the Queen of Frugal(like anyone had any doubts on that score by now, right? lol)here is something I picked up this past week..........
The bakery dept. at Weis had this sheet cake marked down 50% off on Tuesday so I had Hubs buy it and have them write on it(in purple).
The cake is pretty ugly IMHO and the decorating is messy but at half price it is a gorgeous thing of beauty! 8-)))
If y'all were here I'd invite you all over for a piece!
That's it from here this week............
Tell us your frugal wins and remember to stay the frugal course!

Hello, i feel that i noticed you visited my website
ReplyDeletethus i got here to go back the choose?.I am attempting to in finding things to improve
my site!I assume its adequate to use a few of your ideas!!
I'm impressed, I have to admit. Rarely do I come across a blog that's equally educative and engaging, and without a doubt,
ReplyDeleteyou have hit the nail on the head. The issue is something that not enough men and women are speaking intelligently about.
I'm very happy I found this during my hunt for something relating to this.
Nice answers in return of this matter with firm arguments and describing all regarding that.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder to pick up some stamps before the price hikes up.
ReplyDeleteFrugal... mmmmm... my fave store had a terrific sale on bulk items, so I picked up some bulk items such as beans, rice, lentils, oatmeal, sugar. Also, found some great deals on BBQ sauce, bread and eggs. At Target today, I got these little bottles of dish soap for 0.79 each. I also picked up some shampoo from the clearance section. Not too bad.
It is not my first time to pay a visit this website, i am visiting
ReplyDeletethis web page dailly and obtain good data from here every day.
Glad you finally got your candle situation worked out.
ReplyDeleteA great week for sure, hopefully next week you'll find more change. Your birthday cake is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI send a lot of Christmas cards and am buying some winter looking stamps for those for the next few years. I know 10 dollars is just 10 dollars but 10 dollars saved is 10 bucks for something needed.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder about stamps. Every time I plan on stopping by the post office the last 2 weeks we have had snow and ice...hopefully I can get there this week.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea on the stamps.
ReplyDeleteThe penny should bring good luck at least
ReplyDeleteI kinda thought your freezer looks fuller now than it did a week ago! I'm a happy cook as chicken breasts were on sale so I bought extra and stored it away. Haven't decided what to make yet.

ReplyDeleteHave you talked to your parents and teachers about this?
Do they realize what's going on? Do your parents realize you're behind
and do your teachers realize you feel helpless? I would talk to both of them about your
situation, how you're feeling and what options you have. For example, you get alternative deadlines to
catch up, you repeat a course or the entire grade even. It may seem like you're drowning right now, but that's when it's good
to reach out for a lifeboat.
wholesale vibrators I've always had a problem finding a scrub that
I could use. I'm very sensitive to textures on my skin. I also have sort of sensitive skin. The UTC is a really great idea, but isn't really that
wonderful in use. Personally, I think it feels a little awkward to use.
The plastic feels very cheep and is hard to the touch. Just like the regular Yasuragi dolls, she comes in a "dual frame" for strength and
flexibility. Crafted using the latest 3D technology, from her perfectly tender breasts to the legs and feet that can cross over, Orient Industry's artisans have
paid the uttermost attention the details.
And with this model, you can experience the purest of pure white skin..

wolf dildo Over all she is very badly designed. Her "love tunnel" is made in such a way that you
are basically guaranteed to end up tearing her. So between the awkwardness of trying to position her and the design of
the inside sleeve, she is simply destined to break and ultimately be useless..
Then, when you're feeling a bit better and less panicked, we can talk about
how to make things better in the futureThe kyriarchy usually assumes that I am the kind of woman of whom it would approve.
I have a peculiar kind of fun showing it just how much I am not.
I am really sure of it because i made him do the water test thing and i kept on checking if the condom was
still on and everything. wolf dildo
male fleshlight Everyone should read this and become familiar with it.
This goes over the rules of theExpectations of Conduct:The first very thing you are
going to want to do is read through the Expectations

So I think they are great for wearing for a hot date or for wearing once you get out
of the shower and are looking for action. I
didn't think they were comfortable for all day wear, but that might be because I mainly wear boxers and am
not used to this. I think the length is just short enough to be interesting
while long enough to not make me feel like I'm wearing
a thong. male fleshlight
Male masturbator Also, there are no worries about getting lube
or fluids in the control pad, as the embossed buttons are part of the solid silicone design. And oooh my, the simulation modes and vibrations!
Power, depth of vibrations, and interesting and pleasurable patterns
are all part of this awesome package. The Soraya boasts 8 unique and powerful stimulation modes at variable vibration strengths.

fleshlight toy I am 5'6 and my weight is 120 pounds.
I am severely allergic eggs, so that takes out a lot of food from my diet.
Sometimes I feel like I can trust my body. They say it'll be "cooler." Well, sort of.
The Capital Weather Gang says it'll be in the low 90's today,
which wouldn't normally seem cool but given the last three days, we know
that beggars can't be choosy. Just think how happy we'll
be when it's only 86 fleshlight toy.
