Mostly turkey burgers with sweet potato chips (turned out ok on the oven) and frozen veggies. Okay, just on Tuesday...I feel very lucky this week. Okay, just on Tuesday, tomorrow, do I feel lucky in the food department. <br /><br />Tomorrow, is the once a month church dinner where huge chunks of meat from the grill are served along with salad or slaw, maybe green beans and new potatoes, tea and cake. Exbf has elected to come up Tuesday to help me when he heard the lunch was tomorrow. THEN, with mycokerewards I got two Big Macs for 50 points each. He agreed to have that for dinner with something else. <br /><br />The something else for dinner is going to be a smoothie--fresh strawberries, frozen cantaloupe, fat free yogurt, and about 1/4 c. oj. I hate cantaloupe and he hates bananas, so my smoothie will have banana and strawberries. There is never sugar or ice put in my smoothies.<br /><br />But, I don't have to cook tomorrow! yay Cooking with my fibromyalgia on the day he comes exhausts me for three days. <br /><br />The rest of the week? chicken, ground beef, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and a trip to the market for more fresh produce.
