This has been a Christmas for remembering and reflecting for us, and at one time during brunch we all shed a few tears while talking about Dad. Of course we all remembered his love of life and incredible sense of humor and laughed at things he said every year.Anne in the kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01533249631969001657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1611711622146875201.post-74193606400346931402015-12-25T15:05:31.050-05:002015-12-25T15:05:31.050-05:00Love the throwback! I absolutely love seeing these kinds of things.

Did not have a very quite Christmas Eve here (I married into a rather rambunctious family) but Christmas has been very nice and calm, ahh :) With lots of, "OH MY GOSH, JUST WHAT I ALWAYS WANTED." I have a VERY dramatic child. It's the best.

Merry Christmas from my family to yours!!!rivulethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11352395562904461909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1611711622146875201.post-85460723693931847702015-12-25T04:16:32.156-05:002015-12-25T04:16:32.156-05:00Happy and sad memories of Christmas seem to go han...Happy and sad memories of Christmas seem to go hand in hand. It's a tough time of year for many people. I find myself looking back more than I look forward these days. I love old photos of the Christmases folks our age had when we were young. Brings back so many memories. I saw a neighbor's tree in the window with tinsel on it. I didn't even know they made it anymore.Lorrainehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15328674280714013955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1611711622146875201.post-53524101953132546162015-12-24T18:45:36.939-05:002015-12-24T18:45:36.939-05:00Maybe your gift was so large it would hide your fa...Maybe your gift was so large it would hide your face. Still...I wish you had gotten to hold it. I embroidered that same lion and stuffed it about 30 years ago.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14991571309786149363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1611711622146875201.post-55563917106872244912015-12-24T15:20:15.597-05:002015-12-24T15:20:15.597-05:00Ornaments with memories are the best.
